Taking a Second Look at Magnesium and Vitamin D - There's More Here Than We Thought

Emily DeLucaJun 23, '21
Magnesium and vitamin D are among the first nutrients that many professionals begin to work with in their practices. Their safety, versatility and effectiveness make them excellent starting points to support patients. While the popularity of vitamin D has taken off, magnesium has seen less of the spotlight. And while there are differences in awareness of application among the public and professionals alike, the roles for both of these nutrients continue to grow at a rapid pace. Ongoing stimulation of the sympathetic nervous system, poor dietary habits, and multiple other lifestyle and environmental factors constantly increase the demand for these nutrients, leaving patients in a spiraling state of deficiency.

This webinar piques the interest in magnesium and vitamin D by taking a novel look at the science and translating it to clinical applications based on the most recent evidence behind these two nutrients.
