Derived from clove, the unique compounds inherent to garlic such as alliin and the enzyme allinase that combine to form allicin are maintained. As the main active ingredient in garlic, this compound supports the immune, cardiovascular and gastrointestinal systems.* Some of the mechanisms ascribed to garlic include supporting a healthy microbial balance, proper blood pressure and proper blood clotting.* Combined with chlorophyllins and vitamin C, the unique combination can serve a supportive role in many clinical protocols.
